Luke and Dave founded Pulcon in 2000. With 15 years of prior experience, together they created their own take on Tenant Improvement. Over the last twenty years, they have established an integral presence among Seattle’s corporate and artisan community.

Passionate about building from a young age, DJ started at Pulcon out of highschool as one of Pulcon’s first employees. —

Joining Pulcon in 2010, Steven has demonstrated through his experience that fine carpentry is his passion. As a Seattle native, graduated Edmonds college in 2011. In his spare time Steven tends to his garden and vintage car collection.
